Hi To the Daffodils
02:50
|
|||
I like to walk around
say hi to the flowers of spring
hi to the daffodils
hi to the birds that sing
`
when walking with the fresh air on my face
everything I love falls into place
I like to walk around
say hi to the summer sun
hi to the fireflies
flying when the day is done.
when walking with the fresh air on my face
everything I love falls into place.
I like to walk around
say hi to the autumn leaves
say hi to the pumpkins
colors changing on the trees.
I like to walk around
say hi to the winter snow
out in the quiet street
I can hear the wind blow
Hi to the seasons
hi to the way things change
Hi to the months
and hi to these beautiful days
I know that nothing ever stays the same
I’ll be here to watch the seasons change.

Earth Worms
02:54
|
|||
Everywhere outside the worms live in the ground
they come up when it's raining and if you just look down you just look down
you'll say "Hi Worms!"
All earthworms don't have eyes
but they can see the light
All earthworms don't have legs
hatch from real tiny eggs
but they're super perceptive.
Earthworms breathe through their skin
and they breathe out and in
And they're friendly to gardeners.
Earthworms can grow real long
Super resilient strong
And they're good for the soil

X Ray Fish
02:54
|
|||
X ray fish
they are a sneaky sneaky kind of fish
translucent skin blends in to vegetation
which means it’s hard to see them swim along
X Ray Fish
they are a pretty pretty kind of fish
they swim and shimmer shimmer in the water
I try to watch them as they swim along
these fish are so great to have around
they play hide and seek and can’t be found
you see something shimmer something fine
aha! That’s the x-ray fish’s spine!
But where are the x ray fishy's ears?
I heard that they use their spines to hear!
But where are the x ray fishes toes?
No toes they use fins to swim in rows!

Octopus Lady
03:09
|
|||
Octopus lady
she's the mollusk of my dreams
Octopus Lady
Eight armed creature from the sea
With all the great fish
that live in the sea
This cephalopod
is as cool as can be
she lives on crustaceans
her home coral reef
she loves to go swimming
but never with me!
Deep down in the ocean
this octopae is smart
she doesn't need coffee
to wake up and start
she lives on crustaceans
her home coral reef
she loves to go swimming
but never with me!

Yak Song!
02:30
|
|||
What is a yak is a yak? you ask!
I pet one at the farm and can’t wait to go back
they come in lots of colors like brown and white and black
those yaks! * clap clap* those yaks! *clap clap*
What is a yak is a yak? you ask!
they’re bigger than a cow and they eat a lot of grass
they’re really pretty friendly and they’re sharp as a tack
I pet one at the farm and can’t wait to go back!
I am the yak I’m the yak
I like to live in farms and in colder habitats
I have a lot of hair that keeps me warm upon my back
I’m a yak I’m a yak
I am the yak I’m the yak
I am an herbivore which means I eat a lot of grass
I come in lots of colors like brown and white and black
you pet me at the farm I can’t wait till you’re back!

Rain Song
01:52
|
|||
The worms come out to play in the rain
so grab your best umbrella and come watch those slimy fellas cause the worms come out to play in the rain
The ducks come out to quack in the rain
so grab your best umbrella and come quack at those duck fellas cause the ducks come out to quack in the rain
The frogs come out to ribbit in the rain
the frogs come out to ribbit in the rain
so grab your best umbrella and say ribbit to frog fellas cause the frogs come out to ribbit in the rain.
The kids splash in the puddles in the rain
the kids splash in the puddles in the rain
so grab your best umbrella and come splash in those big puddles cause the kids come out to play in the rain.

Animal Mamas
02:04
|
|||
A mama bird
feeds all her babies worms
to help them grow real big and strong
A mama whale
feeds her babies milk
and shows them how to swim along.
And the frogs have moms, the dogs have moms, the cats have moms
and even kangaroos
The sharks have mom’s, the bears have mom’s, the cheetahs
even turtles in the zoo!
And baby gorillas
ride their mothers backs
when they’re too small to climb away
And baby elephants
loved dearly by their mom’s
who wash them almost every day!
And the frogs have moms, the dogs have moms, the cats have moms
and even kangaroos
The sharks have mom’s, the bears have mom’s, the cheetahs
even turtles in the zoo!
I love the mama animals
and babies too!
and the frogs have moms, DOGS, CATS, HOGS, YAKS, TURTLES, ZEBRAS, SHARKS, GORILLAS, BEARS
BIRDS FISH WHALES GATORS
WE ALL LOVE MOMS

You Cannot Ride A Zebra
02:10
|
|||
Who has patterns of black and white stripes, and stands while sleeping tight
they live at the zoo and in Africa too, and have such excellent sight
Who is comfortable living in packs, and eats grass for a snack
their ears show their mood, and their good attitudes, but you cannot ride on their back
ohhhhh-they’re strong like a horse-and bark like a dog-but you cannot ride a zebra
they’re striped like a bug-and snort like a pig-but you cannot ride a zebra
I saw one at the zoo one time-he was my favorite thing to see-ya
but all the smart zoo keepers said-you cannot ride a zebra
let’s do another animal, here are some clues!
who is scaly reptilian and green-and lives in ponds and streams
they’re quick on their feet-so they catch what they eat-and they love to be in the heat.
who is filled with such cunning an d guile-and looks like a crocodile
they are very strong-and they can grow real long-when I see them oh how I smile—
ohhhhhh—they’re smart like a bird-and fast like a car-but you cannot ride a gator
they’re long like a boat—they swim and they float—but you cannot ride a gator
I saw one at the zoo one time—and i said see you later
cause all the smart zoo keepers said—you cannot ride a gator
who has 8 legs and is very small—and sometimes lives on walls
some weave nice webs- they are arachnids—and they rarely rarely fall
who can taste from the hairs on their legs—and lay so many eggs
they’re found in fact—in all habitats- and I found one in my hat! OH MY GOSH! SPIDERS!!
OHHHH-they’re shy like a deer-and quiet like a mouse-and you cannot ride a spider
they have lots of eyes-and it’s no surprise —that you cannot ride a spider
I saw one at the zoo one time— I said a big good bye-der—cause all the smart zoo keepers said
you cannot ride a spider, or a gator, or a zebra. but you can ride a horse of course!!

Gardens Grow
02:14
|
|||
Plant some seeds
gardens grow
bigger every day
all it takes to make them grow
a little sunshine
a little rain.
plant some seeds
watch them grow
feed them water blue
flowers and herbs and trees and fruits
they are growing just like you.
plant some seeds
watch them sprout
towards the open sky
with the birds and bugs about
I am happy to be alive.
baby birds spread their wings
and the bees do fly
sprouts from flower’s tiny seeds
are stretching towards the sky
bird solo
plant some seeds
watch them grow
feed them water blue
flowers and herbs and trees and fruits
they are growing just like you.

Joy To Sing
02:50
|
|||
I hear sweet blue birds chirp aloud
and in afternoons the toads croak stories
In evening crickets draw a crowd
and in a dreams I sing to morning glories
Oh what a joy to sing!
Oh what a lovely feeling
oh what a joyful thing
lets sing together
Oh the whole day’s a song
when it is filled with music
come on and sing along
lets sing together!
I love the way that music sounds
I can hear all of the notes surround me
I clap and sing and dance around
and I think of all that music gives me
Oh what a joy to sing!
Oh what a lovely feeling
oh what a joyful thing
lets sing together
Oh this whole day’s a song
when it is filled with music
come on and sing along
lets sing together now
